Oysterbay Road, Silverlakes

This 18 Zone direct water supply irrigation system draws water straight from the estates dams. The mainline then distributes the water through each zones solenoid to the properties landscaped gardens.

Fluxmans, Rosebank

Two separate Rainbird controllers and two separate Netafim battery controllers run the 12 zone irrigation system. Most of the landscaping is on the second and third floors of the building. This created a unique irrigation design layout and a challenging installation process. The project is featured in the 10th of the Landscape SA magazine spring issue 2014.

Eccleston Road, Bryanston

A 12 Station Rainbird irrigation system was installed for Time-Place projects. The system is supplied with water from the borehole pump, situated 111M underground. The entire system runs with Hunter MPR rotary nozzle technology.

Worsley Parsons, Melrose Arch

A 75m3 vertical garden wall featuring a variety of indoor plants is supplied using Netafim drip line pipe spaced evenly throughout the walls biddum. Water is supplied by a borehole pump and run off water is drained back into the holding tanks to be constantly reused.

Sandhurst Estate, Hyde Park

Water outages in the area forced the client to install a back-up water supply storage system. A 1500L storage tank was installed equipped with a UV Filtration system to ensure clean water is being supplied.

The system features a 3500L/hr direct borehole supply system. The Borehole pump supplies a 50mm mainline which in turn supplies a 12 zone irrigation system. The irrigation mainline also supplies the buildings toilets and car wash bays with borehole water adding to the green, eco friendly approach of the project.

177 Empire Place, Sandton

This fully automatic commercial system was installed for Bertha Wium Landscape developments. The system features a Rainbird ESP controller and rain sensor as well as a large portion of netafim drip irrigation installed in the entrance area of the hotel.
